About Me

Hi! I am a younger photographer who’s still in school. I have been taking pictures since, I would say, 5th grade. I just liked to take them, and I didn’t realize I had a talent for it until middle school. I got told I had an eye for it. So when I said that, I started to take it more seriously. I would then start to post them and learn how to edit them. Two years ago, a family member let me borrow a camera she no longer used. Since then, I have been practicing. I’m in yearbook so I go to events and use them for the pages. I like to practice and have been practicing taking people's pictures. This page is to show my pictures and one day be a way for me to book people. Thank you for following me, reading this, or just simply enjoying my pictures. I appreciate it very much

I created Janesly Paradise a year ago. I came up with a name and created social media accounts. Since then, I have continued to grow and try more things. I have taken pictures of couples, families, and sports teams. Someone asked me, “How did you come up with the name?” As some people may know, these three incredible people, who have had a big impact on my life, have passed away. My beautiful grandma Sandra, has always believed in me and wanted me to follow my dreams. I was constantly showing her my pictures and writing pieces. I was always excited to show them to her. She has had such an impact on my life and will forever be my inspiration to keep going. I always say how I’m doing this for her (but also myself.) Camynn and Ledgynn, as you may know, are my forever heroes. They are my reason to stay true to myself and how life isn’t always promised. When I was creating my photography name I thought about it. I wanted a name that was meaningful and a reason to never give up, even if people were trying to bring me down. So, I combined our names and put some words together. ‘Janesly’ was my favorite. Then I wanted another word for heaven, which to me is a magical place. I googled some words and loved the name paradise. To me, the name means love, happiness, and strength. I hope that now when you hear the name, it gives you what it gave me: strength. When I take photos, I feel them, I feel love and passion. I hope when I take your pictures, you feel the same and see it. If you read this, thank you, and I hope you have someone in your life who does the same.
